Error when run the code invoke dll file

I run your program but got a system error:

"The code execution cannot proceed because d3dx10d_43.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem"

How can I fix this problem ? I hope you can make a video about downloading and configuring to run this program, please!!
