Do not trust *read-default-float-format*
This makes the tests compile correctly even when r-d-f-f is 'double-float.
On the other hand, when I compile with SBCL, there are plenty of warnings, and when I run the tests, it tells me there are 12 errors, but I don't have the fancy hu.dwim slime integration to inspect the failures.
