Multiple columns of upgrades

On large enough screens there is plenty of space on the upgrades tab for multiple columns of upgrades. The different elements could fill the columns. Either tabs or a horizontal scroll bar could also work. When there are lots of upgrades a vertical scroll bar is painful.
