Hi, When I click on the start button an error appears with this text: Failed to start proxy: install CA: system trust command: exit status 127 Cannot run program update-ca-certificates: No such file or directory

OS: Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm) x86_64 DE: GNOME 43.6 CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600H with Radeon Graphics (12)

ca-certificates is already the newest version (20230311).

Hi! Could you please try to run Zen from the terminal using the following command:

PATH=$PATH:/usr/sbin ./Zen

from the directory where you unpacked the binary?

Sure. It works Screenshot from 2023-12-05 18-35-00

When I tried to open a site, Firefox caused this error: soft98.ir is most likely a safe site, but a secure connection could not be established. This issue is caused by Zen Proxy CA, which is either software on your computer or your network. Screenshot from 2023-12-05 18-37-14

Huh, it seems like Firefox doesn't automatically trust certificates from the system store. For now, you can add it manually in the Firefox's settings, the certificate should be located at ~/.local/share/zen/certs/rootCA-key.pem. Thanks for your time and assistance, going to add this to the backlog.

Thanks. Can you fix the main issue to using the Ui app?

Thanks. Can you fix the main issue to using the Ui app?

Could you please elaborate, what do you mean by the "main issue"?

Oh my bad, sorry. I was thinking every time I want to open the app I should run that command in the terminal

On Windows Firefox is the same problem. The certificate is here: C:\Users(username)\AppData\Local\Zen\Certs\rootCA-key.pem Settings - search for 'certificates' - View certificates - Authorities - Import - Ok
