I would love to see this happen - for two reasons. First, it would help this tap hopefully be simplified somewhat and get a bunch of the built-in functionality in the SDK. But secondly, I really think a bunch of what you are building here could be made generic and help others building custom taps on the SDK. So, hopefully a win win if we can also feed some of these patterns and solutions back up into the SDK. 😄 🙌
