How do you control a real robot? using ROS?

Hello,

Could you give me some informations about how to control a real robot? Do you use ROS to do it?

If so, since V-REP uses Python 3+ and ROS1 uses Python 2.7, how do you deal with version mismatch?

NO,he don't use ROS.
