No, you must reset the controller by holding the button for 10 seconds and re-enter the wifi setup flow.

I just tested a controller by inputting 600 LEDs during setup and it's working just fine. Note that I only connected it to a 75 LED strip, but I can't...
My solution to this was to install [etherwake](https://wiki.debian.org/WakeOnLan) on my Raspberry Pi, then set the `Start command` to `wakeonlan [WOL_MAC_ADDRESS]` - works great! Love that I can now wake up...
