I am going to close this as it is not a problem with starship but with your shell setup. Please follow the suggestions in the previous comments.

Version 1.12.0 which contains the fix for this has been released so closing this issue.

As mentioned in the comments starship is moving aways from requiring using nerd fonts. Have closed this PR since we would not merge it.

Closing this as it isn't an issue with starship but rather missing fonts.

We recently released a new version that includes a change to how we init on zsh (see #5322) does this help with this issue?

We currently have a few open issues to add different ksh variants (#1276 and #3645) not sure if we should close this as a duplicate or leave it open.
