After lost connection the connection never come back

This bug is very old but I never reported because I thought that is the common behavior, but now I think that behavior is a Bug.

Scenario: When I leave my cellphone in someplace far for me, for sure I lose the Bluetooth connection with my rileyLink and my pump (medtronic) after I'm back and close to my cellphone I see the connection never come back, every time this happens I need to use the force close in Android and open again, when I do that the connection has been reestablished.

This is standard problem with RL devices and it is common behaviour... It can either reconnect back automatically (on some devices it work out-of-the-box) or it can't.

There are instructions how to handle such problem in documentation...

On Android before 9.x, you could just turn off and turn on BT (pausing 15s in between) and device would reconnect. This doesn't work on most of Android 9 models (it does on some).

Everything is really dependent on your Android version and your Phone (hardware)...
