Add initial coach marks

We should display some additional UI guidance in the embedded UI when the user's not signed in.

Getting the layout right with respect to the prompt area will be tricky. You want to make sure that the prompts don't overlap these labels, but you don't want to change the overall visual proportions of the prompt UI. If you simply change the height of the prompt renderer, the answers will appear "too high."
