+1, I noticed the same thing after we started using the new `max_parallel_updates`

I think we may have started seeing this now that we're using snapshots again. `Error creating snapshot: posting snapshot failed. status: 500 Internal Server Error, response: error creating snapshot`

I'm not sure if it's the same underlying cause, but I got the same error this morning when creating a snapshot with Tilt v0.18.8: `Error creating snapshot: posting snapshot failed....

We would also pay $$ if this were coupled with an improved onboarding workflow (https://github.com/tilt-dev/tilt/issues/3515)

a few more developers of ours saw this recently - it would be nice to improve this because getting stuck here seems like a regression caused by the (otherwise great)...
