Have you changed something from the default installation? Normally the master is perfectly fine to bring pods up on.

Thanks for the explanation. Happy to include it if it would be useful to people. We don't currently have a way of specifying that a marketplace application requires certain resources...

No, I think my only solution is to just use S3... But I've ignored this problem in my project up until now, hoping that the author will post a solution.
