NOt Working

Problem:

I downloaded and activated the Divi 100. I set the blog to grid. I checked and rechecked. at one point when I went to preview it it showed up correctly but when I went out to the actual isite t is not working. it is showing in vertical placement. I do see an open ticket for someone else having the same problem. bonnieyogahealthcoach.com thank you!
