thumbnails not displayed on card

Problem:

Thumbnails do not display on article card. Blog is in grid and show thumbnails is enabled. You can see the article cards at http://insighthought.com/short-and-not-so-sweet-blog/

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. blog in grid
  2. show thumbnails enabled 3. 4.

Additional Information:

Divi Version: 2.7.8

Child Theme: none

Device: laptop

Operating System: windows 10

Browser: firefox

I have exhausted every possible solution but thumbnails will not display. Excerpt is displayed in place of the thumbnail.

I'm having the exact same problem and even a little worse. When I select the format option int he blog their is no top half showing at all. can you please investigate? Link

Looks like the thumbnails are showing but the excerpt is bugged. I recommend installing the latest version of the plugin which solves this issue. https://github.com/andyhqtran/Divi-100-Article-Card/releases
