Sorry for raising a bug for something that is more of a question. Considering that last activity was more than 9 months ago on this and that the README does not mention any projects where this is already used I felt the need to ask.

I find Gerrit CR net superior to GitHub PRs and at the same time I am missing the freely available Travis builds. So this project sounds like the missing link.

Opening an issue with a question is completely fine. Right now this project is not used in production. It was in use for TYPO3 some time ago, but we took it offline.

This project was exactly the missing link you described. From my experience right now I would build it differently because it is quite hard to set up (with RabbitMQ and so on). I would build it with maintenance in mind, easier to configure and would try to make it more lightweight.

Feel free to have a deeper look at it and try to get it running. Back then it did the job.
