consider merging with ide-haskell?

https://github.com/atom-haskell/ide-haskell is further along, offers nice separated functionality and seems more actively maintained. Perhaps see about taking useful features from this that might add anything to that and merge them in to not have the fragmentation. Otherwise, deprecate this maybe.

Deprecating the package is a good idea.

I don't think Helium does anything that ide-haskell doesn't do better.
