Parts list incorrect when uploaded direct to Bricklink

I made an order via Bricklink by uploading the .io file directly to Bricklink. But upon building it, I discovered that there are 6 pieces missing:

• 4 quantity, 3070 Tile 1 x 1, White
• 1 quantity, 3070 Tile 1 x 1, Black
• 1 quantity, 3069 Tile 1 x 2, Black

If I upload the design direct from the Studio app, the pieces are correctly included.

The correct summary should be 81 pieces, 35 lots. This is the incorrect summary:

UPDATE: Re-reading this issue, I see the problem is inconsistent behavior between the Studio app and using the Bricklink site. 🤔 Let me see about re-generating this file based on the latest version of Studio. This doesn't sound like a problem with the .io file but something else.
