Flag for attachments (when getting messages with headers only)

This is more a feature request than an issue.

It would be great to have some kind of flag indicating that the mail has got attachments, even when only the headers are loaded.

It is up to you to count the attachments and write it somewhere once you have retrieved the full message because there is no such header.

Hi piher,

as I am on a mobile client with small bandwidth, I would have to retrieve the full message just to know if there are attachments or not, which would be not very performant (there is no server side cache for my application)

I understand. Well as I said there is no such header so when using a pop3 client I don't think it's possible :-/ But i'm not an expert ! Fortunately, the IMAP commands are more advanced. You should take a look at : http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4745572/imap-attachement-retriving-commnand You should be able to implement the function yourself until andy has time to look around here.
