Dynamo 2.5.1: Installation returns "Empty path name is not legal." Error: "2.1.1."

Describe the bug I get the following when installing DynaMonito from the package manager:

Steps to Reproduce Search the DynaMonito's latest version in the Package Manager for Dynamo Core 2.5.1

My setup

• Operating System: Windows 10 latest build
• Dynamo version: 2.5.1 DynamoSandbox/DynamoCore
• DynaMonito version: 2.1.1
