Please, how do i get the version that works for google chromebook?

Also, i am new in this. can someone give me a rundown on how to install and use the tor bundle? I've been having serious issues with it.

There is no native client for Chromebooks. The only option you have is to run a Linux container and install tor with apt install tor. Then use a proxy switcher extension to point your traffic to the tor network
