`Forget now` in Opera (49.0.2725.39) apparently does nothing.

Bug: When I click on forget now (set to all time and every checkbox checked) and then check the preferences/privacy & security/cookies/all cookies and site data list, then all local storage and cookies are still present. The extension only works when I restart the browser.

This could be an opera caching problem, where the list is not updated, after all, not even operas built in cherry pick deletion in that cookies and site data list works. Could be related?
