Hi there. Glad to see you are bringing this over to web extensions. It can be a useful add-on.

At a quick glance the web extensions version seems less featureful, currently. I hope the web extensions API isn't holding you back.

Anyway, while there is a save-as feature, I was surprised there's no option to hard-code a specific folder to dump files into. For example, so I could give D&D several wallpaper folders (landscapes, cars, toy models) and simply drag images I find onto the relevant zone to instantly save it in the specified folder.

It has been a few years since last I used the add-on, and that's the use case I downloaded it for this time, personally. It would be a useful addition, I think.
