Categorization of tasks with date, but no time

Hi,

When a task has a date but no time, it is colored and shaded as per the past event settings immediately commencing the date for which it is scheduled. (Even though it is shown under Today as opposed to under Past and Due header).

Shouldn't it be shaded and colored as per Today's events settings until midnight on that day? Meaning that I have no precise time in mind to complete it by, but rather I have the whole day?
