That works mostly because I have [hacked](https://github.com/andsens/bootstrap-vz/blob/92dfa2a4326add500254b787dcd7fe3a7f5d1b8a/bootstrapvz/common/assets/extlinux/extlinux.conf) and [slashed](https://github.com/andsens/bootstrap-vz/blob/92dfa2a4326add500254b787dcd7fe3a7f5d1b8a/bootstrapvz/common/tasks/extlinux.py#L60) my way through the problem. Though I'm not the maintainer of the official debian images (i.e. I don't build them, I just maintain the bootstrapper) I'd hazard a guess and say that it will boot...
