change "Trust" domain to something other than 2LD

"Trust" defaults (?) to second-level-domain only country-code-TLDs in general mean that "Trust" is not relevant for, e.g. ".org.uk" and should perhaps be for {parent of current domain} rather than (2LD of current domain}
