Keyboard Shortcuts & Chrome v65

hi there, just wanted to inform you of a minor modification in Chrome since v65: in your options.js, the section #hotkeyspage should now refer to "chrome://extensions/shortcuts" (instead of "chrome://extensions/?id=footer-section") as the extension management got 'materialized' and the assignment of keyboard shortcuts now sports its own dedicated page since the latest (stable channel) Chrome-update.
