Auto refresh doesn't work on Firefox

When it auto refreshes on a setting change (such as whitelisting a domain), it does a "normal" refresh, which loads from the cache and doesn't actually refresh the page. It needs to do a "hard" refresh (aka Shift+F5) to force the cache to update.

Probably the most annoying and obvious issue with firefox version. Any chance we could get this fixed please?
