Can you please provide readme file with explanation what kind of data is inside the JSON files and what is the structure of the data?

I noticed a few maps I have are missing from combinedScrappedData.json (and presumably the Protobuf data). Ranked maps added on 2023/11/14, and reweighted maps is not reflected.
