Okay, Media3 (EXOPlayer) seems unable to play, but i try with MPV Player works fine. I try to debug, to get more infomation on it, do u have any logs or related to this stream (the codec and etc)?

Can you play the TS files referenced from this HLS playlist directly? I tried playing the HLS stream and can observe the occasional 404 return value and that it doesn't start playing. It looks like we are unable to read the samples from the stream as the sample queues stay empty. It's likely the files are malformed or have missing data. I also see lots of logging from PesReader about Unexpected start code prefix: 3999523 and Unexpected start code prefix: 2950947
