Videos filmed vertically are rotated 90 degrees on Android 9

I developed an Android TV app: https://github.com/giejay/Immich-Android-TV

Unfortunately, a user discovered a bug when playing videos which are filmed vertically (yes I know, deadly sin). The videos are rotated 90 degrees, but the viewscope is correct. I tried different "solutions" with rotating the video but it's not working for me.

Reproduction steps

It's reproducible by installing the Android TV app (https://play.google.com/apps/testing/nl.giejay.android.tv.immich) and playing the video in the Test Vertical Video album of the demo environment.

Media plays in correct rotation
