Android Foreground Location updates lat/lngs after 5 mins when the screen is locked?

I have cloned and ran your foreground sample it works perfectly when the is in foreground and even so when it is in background but as long as the screen is ON as soon as the screen goes off the location which is setted with 500ms intervals, returns lat/lng after 5 mins is this behavior default? can it be altered? if yes then how ? Thanks urgent reply required

@Javierd No brother, nothing yet !, have you? Also when you put the screen lock and test location logs the speed 95% of the time returns 0.0 and as soon as you turn ON the screen then it gives a more realistic speed! Please some body tell us about the fix Thanks
