Does not have Foreground and Background Botton, and there is not "TODO: steps 3.1 - 3.6"

The base and completed modules do not contain the Foreground and Background button as described in the codelab and there are no TODO: steps 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6.

It seems to me that the Foreground and Background Location section (Section 4) of the codelab was added recently, but this repository wasn't updated.
