URL is not valid.

I am using chrome browser(Version 66.0.3359.181).

I found an issue in Identity objects in images using custom machine learning models with ML Kit for Firebase codelabs tutorial.

When I clicked on the Detect and label objects in images with ML Kit for Firebase URL. It does not redirect to the valid Page. It redirects to the "http://todo/". Same thing I have mentioned in the URL.
