Network constraint problem

Work manager seems not able to determine if a user's sim has an active internet connection on a couple of tecno devices like the Tecno Spark 7. It only does the specified work when the device is connected to WIFI despite specifying NetwrokType as "connected". It works as expected on all other devices I've tested
