sleep/suspend vs. power-menu

Hi,

installed latest version on an DELL Venue 11 (Pro) with detachable keyboard. The first thing I noticed was that pressing the power button would just open the power-menu (shutdown and restart only). Searching around I found the twe build.prop settings:

poweroff.doublecklick=1 #at least this puts now the device into sleep, but doublepress too sleep.earlysuspend=1 (or =2) #at first glance does not make any difference if set at all

Please advice on what the correct settings are to put the device into sleep when pressing the power button and showing the power-menu when holding the button for some time
