ADP Mobile not working

Describe the bug When I try to open the app in VE it just says the app failed. All other apps open fine. I tried to install several earlier versions of the app same result.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'VirtualExposed'
2. Click on 'ADP Mobile'
3. Scroll down to 'bottom of screen'
4. See error failed

Expected behavior After selecting the app it should open.
