ImportError: ./_qi.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Hi I saw you installed pynaoqi on ubuntu 18.04 and couldn't think of another wae to reach you. Did you have issues installing it? I tried like you to installed version 2.1.2 but I still get the error: ImportError: ./_qi.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

any ideas?
