script does not work on debian 8.4 virtualbox vm

I don't know what is wrong, but the script is not working either for an image file or a device.

the first error says:

cp: cannot create regular file 'usr/bin/': Not a directory

this comes after the line "E: Release signed by unknown key (key id 91....2E)

the it gets a bunch more errors, starting at line 179 and through line 233, at which point I hit ^C I can't cut and paste from the VM so I can't paste a log ... any hope of updates to this package?

It seems that some part of script or repository now require you to add a key. I can have a look over weekend, noted in my google calendar!
