Origin is the website provided in the `?url=`, thus the website the image is downloaded from. OpenDNS provides all white- and blacklists, we don't modify those. Imgur & Google will...
I think 2500/10m would be a good compromise. Uncached requests pass through the CloudFlare cache, and also pass through the nginx-cache. The uncached requests will hit the origin server indeed....
Will need to take a look at this, as it has some security implications.
Facebook Graph has been blocked due to privacy concerns. I will re-evaluate and elaborate on this, as I see the subdomain is used for more than tracking nowadays.
This needs some code, and a lot of edge-case testing. If someone is able to work this into a pull-request, let me know!
