cran-network-structure Save pdb outside of package directory?

I just wanted to update some pagerank calcs, and it was remarkably easy. [1] But it would be nice if the date here was an argument. Also, maybe if the pdb/*.rds could be saved outside of the repo and maybe read--with the 'stored' data as a fallback?

[1] Well, I did of course have to overcome the severe cognitive dissonance created by spurious use of pipe operations ;-)

Do you mind if I split this off into a minimal small package doing just pagerank for depgraphs for CRAN? Code is pretty clean and gets shorter once we drop magrittr :)

Perfect and pretty close to what I had in mind. Shall we a plotter function as, leaning on igraph which you already depend upon?

(There is one minor feature request I had for @gaborscsardi which consisted of possibly shrinking the legend and not show Suggests: or Enhances: when none were in the data, but that really is a day 2 item...)
