Not Installing Dependecy of vigilant-onion

I installed pyhton3.6 then tried to install dependency but i am getting this kind of error "You're trying to run a very old release of Beautiful Soup under Python 3. This will not work."<>"Please use Beautiful Soup 4, available through the pip package 'beautifulsoup4'." Although I seperatly installed 'beautifulsoup4'.But again same result.I tried with pyhton3.8 as well but 'beautifulsoup4' dependency error still occur.
