Test metadata files for workflow

@robgur, @walterj: For polygonal species range maps, we'll need example metadata and shapefile/dbf files for a single range collection:

This issue has now been simplified. Need only check and amend https://github.com/andrewxhill/MOL/blob/master/workflow/mol-data/jetz/config.yaml as necessary.

What else remains to be done for this issue?

Just need consensus from the testers (me, Gaurav, Cody) that the workflow works. The only issue I know about that remains was the one on my XP, which we decided was a corner case not worth sleuthing.
