Blocks don't rotate correctly if orientation is changed while in an app

iOS 10.1.1, iPhone 7 Plus (Hebrew-RTL) http://imgur.com/rzEipH6 http://imgur.com/p8lcOgp So basically, I open an app while on portrait mode, rotate to portrait while in the app, and then exit to the homescreen, the blocks would still appear as they did in portrait. Also works the other way around (landscape to portrait).
