Allow disabling of home button

You should allow us to have a setting that when you try to use the home button for stuff like closing apps or opening app switcher, it won’t let us (but we should still be able to use Touch ID, etc)

in my case home button works as it should be. closing apps, touch id, unlocking..everything works normal
