test.php sends push notification to every Parse user

I just ran the test to see if the parseQuery.php works (which it doesn't in my version, so I'm going to try updating... which is besides the point). This should never send a push notification to all users. I'm never running this script again, but for the sake of others maybe remove this?

Well, I don't really see a problem with this. I think maybe instead of removing the test, I will use a 'dummy/test' account for anybody to use the tests with if they don't want to create one themselves.

The unclear part on my end is that I never tell people to use this only with a test account, not a live one. It was assumed, but clearly, I need to communicate that better.

Thanks for the heads up, I'll get this patched though.
