Hydro Cascade Modelling

Hi,

I recently came across this project and it looks to be a very useful toolset for accomplishing the task of hydro scheduling. Does this tool allow the user to define a hydro system of cascade hydro's with additional complexity in how the water flows are directed?

Unfortunately, the API only allows the user to define fixed cascades (multiple upper reservoirs but only one downstream reservoir per reservoir).

The package needs updating and I will do it before July. Hopefully, after It will be easier to use and PRs for enhancements should be easy to make.
