Add ability to process specific extensions

This PR introduces a new flag that allows the user to process specific extensions in a directory tree. For example a user might have jpg and mp4 mixed together. The user can now specify a list of extensions that they wish sortphotos to process via Exiftool and ignore the rest of the files
