Add hard symbolic link option(-l, --link)

Added a option to use hard symbolic links instead of copying or moving files. To use this option use the command line switches -l or --link

Is there any reason this can not be merged? Would be very useful to get into the actual script. Of, course, I can just clone it, but still...
