Add ability to localize the site

PROBLEM:

Crafting Guide sees a lot of international users who may not speak English (and certainly not as a first language). This somewhat alienates as large potential customer base.

SOLUTION:

Encapsulate and/or tag all English phrases which appear on the website so that they may be localized

I'm afraid I've more-or-less retired from making further updates to Crafting Guide. You're welcome to create a fork and attempt the change yourself, though! I'd be happy to check out any pull requests which come my way.
