Filter results by region

Hi!

Can we filter results by region? As you know the movie catalog is different in each country. Someone could be only interested on the movies he can see in his account.

New api already partially supported this, never finished, I had content for each region scraped and its still sitting in a db, I simply need to write a better way to keep that content updated before I can offer up endpoints.
